Last month I asked for permission to use video, photos, and student work samples (all anonymous) for a portfolio I’m pulling together for National Board Certification, an excellent professional learning opportunity that will help make me a better teacher. I really appreciated the outpouring of support and all the forms that got turned in!
I collected all of those forms and carefully put them away in a safe place so they wouldn’t get lost as the year went by. It seems the place was a bit too safe!
I’ve been looking for them all over the place (for days and days) and can’t find them anywhere!! Ugh.
I’m sending another form to sign on Monday. Like last time, please do not feel obligated to say “yes.”
I am so sorry for cluttering your life with silly forms. And once cluttered, for losing them and cluttering your life again! Thank you for your patience with this brain of mine.
